Abstract submission is now open and we invite participants, researchers, government and civil society members and company representatives
to submit abstracts concurrent with proposed topics and thematic science platforms.

Formats include:

Workshops

Submit a proposal (max. 2000 characters) to lead an interactive workshop that either helps participants to understand a new method or approach or idea or helps to develop an idea though a “think tank” approach.

Roundtables

Submit a proposal (max. 1000 characters) to discuss a specific topic related to responsible AI with 4-5  of experts. Proposals to should outline the topic and qualifications of the experts.

Research Papers

Submit an abstract (max. 2000 characters) for a single paper or research study to present findings in one of our research paper sessions. Each session will have 3-4 presenters grouped by topic.

Research Panels

Submit a proposal (max. 2000 characters) to present a collection of 3-4 research studies or papers with a shared theme. The abstract should outline the overarching topic, the papers to be presented and the presenters and their affiliation.

Posters

Submit an abstract (max. 1000 characters) for a research project or paper you would like to present as a poster in our Expo area. We especially invite doctoral researcher to share their research through this medium.
